Update: March 11, 2022
We understand that the mask mandate in Alberta has been lifted and everyone is eager to be without them. While we slowly ease and transition out of masking, we prefer to follow the science and that cases are fewer than 10 new cases per 100,000 before fully removing our masks.

Students will be required to wear a mask around the cutting table and during demos, but can choose to unmask at their workstations. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to class. If you are recovering from an illness, we highly recommend that you keep your mask on. This is a decision made for the comfort and safety of high-risk students and staff.

We hope this is a happy medium for everyone and again, thank you for your cooperation and kindness during this times.

Update: March 1, 2022
We will continue to require all students, regardless of age or status to wear masks inside the studio. Masking will remain in effect until further notice. This is a decision made for the comfort and safety of high-risk students and staff.
Thank you for your cooperation and kindness during this times.

Update: February 16, 2022

As of February 9th, the Government of Alberta announced the removal of the Restrictions Exemption Program. We will no longer require students to show vaccine records or a negative PCR or rapid test. Mask is still mandatory regardless of age or status.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation through these times.

Update: November 16, 2021

As of November 15th, all persons age 12 and up will now be required to show an Alberta vaccine record with a QR code, a Canadian Armed Forces vaccine record or a First Nations immunization record, along with government ID. Vaccine records issued by other provinces and territories will also be accepted.

We are aware that not everyone is ready, able, or want to be inoculated and we respect your decision. For those who do not meet the above requirements, a proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72-hours of services will be accepted.

Again, thank you.

We appreciate your ongoing support, patience, and understanding while we navigate these restrictions. Xx

Update: September 17, 2021

Well, that was short lived. We are here dealing with yet another curve ball. With the most recent Government of Alberta update, we have no real option but to opt into the Restrictions Exemption Program starting September 20, 2021. To our understanding, this will not affect most of our kids classes but it will affect those over the age of 12.

Following the REP guidelines, proof of partial or full vaccination will be required before class start. This can be emailed to us to maintain privacy. Proof of full vaccination will be required after October 25 as outlined.

We are aware that not everyone is ready, able, or want to be inoculated and we respect your decision. For those who do not meet the above requirements, a proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72-hours of services will be accepted.
